John J. Loveless was admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars in 1994 and is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. In 1990, John graduated from Brown University. In 1993, he graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center.

John concentrates in civil litigation and has tried numerous cases to verdict and argued appeals in both State and Federal Courts. John represents individuals, companies and municipalities in a range of commercial, environmental, land use, labor, construction, employment, products liability and negligence actions. John has represented contractors, municipalities and governmental agencies in a wide range of construction matters involving land use, contract disputes, coverage issues, property damage and personal injuries in court as well as through arbitration.

John has also served as associate General Counsel to the Uniformed Firefighters Association. He was lead local counsel in a national products liability action and he has served as trial counsel in civil rights actions involving municipalities.
