Joe, an Associate with Huff Wilkes, concentrates on property tax appeals for both commercial and residential property owners as well as selected municipal representation. Joseph has experience negotiating matters filed as Real Property Tax Law Article 7 claims and small claims assessment review, and regularly appears in the courts of New York all across the State, representing homeowners, businesses, and municipalities. He also represents clients in foreclosure proceedings.
Joseph graduated from Pace University School of Law, where he was recipient of the Adolph Homburger Humanitarian Award and acted as President of the Student Bar Association, and Binghamton Univesity, cum laude, where he acted as Executive Vice President.
Joseph is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Real Property, Westchester County Bar Association Tax Certiorari Committee, New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association and Westchester County Association.
